Question Hard drives not showing after installing an M.2 NVMe SSD ?

I have a ASUS B450 Gaming Plus and I just bought a m.2 nvme 1tb 2280 or something like that and I have 2 hard drives before and they are not showing up at all not in the bios or in windows only the m.2 nvme. Does anybody have a fix ?

Look in the manual it might say something about some sata ports being disabled when the m.2 is used.

From the motherboard's storage specs details:

"The M.2 Socket shares bandwidth with the SATA_5/6 ports, and therefore the SATA_5/6 ports cannot be used when an M.2 device is installed"

So make sure the two hard drives are NOT connected to the SATA_5 or SATA_6 ports.
