Hard lag with good internet.

For the past 2 weeks or so my internet has had very hard spikes. Ill be in-game and would normally have 15ms, but its been spiking to 250+ms. My internet has always been very good, with no problems and this issue has only been happening within the last couple of weeks. Any fixes?

I have problem with that too. I have to restart my PC because after 4h or so of uptime my pings starts to increase...
