Hello community,

I bought a new GPU recently and been searching for a good gaming monitor for a bit now.
The monitor spec I want is 27" 1440p that has Gsync (actual hardware inside the monitor).
However, I didn't much luck finding a monitor that has this - at least here in Canada and ones I found are all sold out (looks like they don't sell this anymore)
All the ones I found says "Gsync compatible" and I know this is just a software based.

Now, it's been a long time since I got back to "PC world" and not sure what has really changed with "G-sync".
Doesn't seem like companies now care about putting G-sync inside the monitor instead they just all go for compatible / freesync.

Reason for trying to find this is Iast time I checked, "compatible" versions are not good as genuine "G-sync" performance when used in gaming since hardware unit vs software based.
(I guess that's what the new 50 series GPU are about lol)

Anything changed ? that I should know of?
and if you guys know any suggestions on the monitors that still are sold on the market, please do let me know.

Cheers,
