Question Hard wire MBPS not getting full speed

Hello all hope someone can help. I have spectrum as a Internet provider. I have 500GBP service
I am useing a desk top hard wire cat5e
desktop is 1gbs Ethernet port. This PC is less than a year old not the issue.
I have an older Arris tm1602 Waiting for uprade but is rated for up to 460MBPS
I have an older Linksys Ea6100 Has Gigabit lan and wan ports. per specs

I am not dealing with WIFI. this is hard wire only

Here is my issue.
Connected from my PC to the Arris TM1602 I am getting 460mbps
When connected to the Linksys I get 80mbps.

I have try'ed both cat5e cables direct from PC to cable modem and both cable get 460mbps no issues tested three times in a row with each speed ping and latencies are very close

IS there a setting I am missing Or is this just a reality that no router will work hard wire to a cable modem and get the correct speeds rated.

are you sure about 1gbit on linksys? it says fast ethernet which is 100mbit

looked at the manual, there it also states that:
blue Fast Ethernet (10/100) ports

so all connected correctly, but your hardware is limiting you

Yes I just saw that I talked to Linksys and they told me it was GB ports. Well Router upgrade time
