Hi all. I recently upgrade my ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 w/ an AMD FX 8320 to an MSI Z390 Gaming Plus w/ an Intel i7 9700k but I forgot to uninstall the AMD motherboard drivers before I swapped them, and now I can't boot into Windows on the old hardware. I have my drive attached to my Mac to move my personal files to a cloud in case I screw something up, but is there any way that I can remove these drivers from within the Finder on a MacBook?

Edit: To clarify, I can boot into the BIOS of both motherboards, but cannot boot into safe mode with either. It gets frozen on the Windows loading screen, hindering my ability to uninstall the drivers in Safe Mode. I have also tried using a USB Boot drive, but I can't get that to work either
