Is bad to put the hard drive facing motherboard? (its horizontal, just wire side is toward everything

Doesn't matter. I wouldn't have stuff touching if I could avoid it, and also avoid cables contacting sharp edges or moving parts (fans) if possible. Also check that mobo airflow isn't being affected by HDD placement.
