It`s normally a sign of a aged power supply unit in most cases Goga.
If you have had the Psu for some years, and it`s had a lot of use.
The older a power supply is and the longer it has been running it degrades in the amount of peak power it can deliver over a few years of use.
It can also be a sign if the power supply is only a few months old, that is is a very cheap unit. or that the wattage it actually outputs in peak wattage is not what is stated on the power supply unit label.
In most cases that applies to cheap power supply's with a little known brand name that would cost you £30 to £40 to buy.
In both cases it points to the power supply unit in the system, at fault.
The only real test without spending any money, and to confirm it is the power supply is borrow one off a good friend you know has no problems and test the system with it for a few hours.
If it works with the power supply, then you know it`s time to buy a new one for your system Goga.
