Hardware/Driver Problem?

I'm building an HTPC and keep having problems with it rebooting or blue screen after about 10-15 min. of use. Below is a report from Everest just before a crash. Are the negative voltages to high? I can only get the CPU fsb up to 150mhz instead of the normal 166mhz. Any help would be appreciated, it's frustrating, can't use my Beyond TV or any media applications longer than 10-15 minutes. I can post a more detailed hardware report if anyone feels they have an idea what to look for...

I would ask in the AMD area, seems like a wierd multiplier but I am not up on XP CPU's
