Question Hardware Error: Code 141 is driving me insane ?

I'm back again. The problem isn't solved quite yet, and so the saga continues. To catch you up to speed:

I purchased a prebuilt PC one year ago. I've been working through this problem ever since. Specs are as follows:

CPU: Intel Core i9-11900K
Motherboard: MSI MPG Z490
Ram: 2 T-Force(?) 16 GB DDR4
SSD: Kingston SNVS1000G 1TB
HDD: WDC WD40EZAZ-19SF3B0 4TB
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070-Ti
PSU: Aorus 850w 80+ Gold Model GP-AP850GM
Chassis: Coolman Aurora Gaming Case
OS: Win10
Monitor: 1 really old Acer, 1 YGT as main display, 1 Wacom Cintiq

The crash: Usually happens while gaming and watching YouTube... Though it has also happened while on JUST YouTube. Screen will go black. Monitors display NO INPUT. Case lights stay on but the PC will stay in this state for hours until I finally manually reboot it.

The build-shop has changed out the GPU, memory, hard drive, done a clean install of Windows. All of this has bought me around 4 days at the best.

Gaming on this rig reliably is an impossibility. I've run GTAV from D drive. Crash. Minecraft from C drive. Crash.

Windows is up to date. GPU is up to date. I've run every scan possible. mdsched, dskchk, dism, sfc... Nothing is detected.

I've been jumping through hoops for an entire year trying to get this figured out. It doesn't seem to be hardware related. Could be clashing drivers from one of my many peripherals? Whatever the case. I want it solved.
Removed by Moderator I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. I need a PC with 100% uptime. Please help.

Keyboard doesn't respond when the crash happens. It has recently started restarting instead of outright crashing so... Maybe that's progress?

I've taken a stick of RAM out to test whether or not I can still get it to crash. Mobo shows that it's compatible but the RAM might be busted.

This has been a day one issue, and this is the 2nd set of RAM to get shoved in there so I would be surprised if that were the case.

If it still crashes with one RAM stick, then we plan on disconnecting the D drive to see if that affects anything.

Moving the games to C drive does seem to make them run smoother (no micro-stutters, and havent crashed) but time will tell.
