[SOLVED] Hardware error problem reports not being sent

I've encountered a number of issues recently with the PC shutting down unexpectedly. Under Windows Problem Reports I see a number of "hardware error" errors, followed by a "shut down unexpectedly" entry. However, all of these are marked as "Not reported" despite every other problem report being sent correctly.

Why do these reports not get sent? Are they dependent on the optional diagnostic information setting?

Can confirm that enabling optional diagnostic information causes all such reports generated after the option is enabled to be sent.
