Has any dealt with Cougar Power Supply's in particular the GMX700
There are a good price for a Modular 700w PSU with 80+ bronze but i do not know if there are a good PSU maker Thanks

This is an o l d listing of power supplies by quality. At the bottom it indicates that it has been updated last in Dec.2014.
A couple of the Cougar power supplies appear in Tier 2, which is a good place to be

Here is a review of the 850 version from JohnnyGuru.com. He rated it at 8/10, not bad but not great, probably a tier 3 unit if it were on the newer list.

Hi - Cougar is a retail label for HEC made PSU's.
The unit you linked is the CMX700 and there is a review for it. You don't have to read it all the
way thru, just go to the conclusions page.
