Question Has anyone else encountered this?

i just trouble shooted my microphone then my Realtek highdefinition audio driver got deleted? now Windows made my audio digital audio. Is there a way to fix the audio and get my realtek high definition audio back?

can try running system restore and roll system back to before it happened

type "restore" then open "create a restore point"
create a new Restore Point now for C-drive
then open the newest restore point that is prior to the problem happening (if you have one)

i did but the restore point keeps cancelling

what are specs of the PC? is it oem or custom? If oem, what make/model? if custom, what motherboard?

realtek have 2 different types of drivers now, just need to see which you have
