Haswell CPU Cooler (no overclocking)

Greetings!

I heard that Haswell temperatures are very creepy...
I need a CPU fan (I'm pretty low on budget 🙁 ) that will keep my CPU cool. I'm not going to overclock the CPU so I guess a k1ck-@$$ fan will be a waste of money.

By the way: I'm going to use a 1.25v RAM (I heard it helps with temperatures), and a full tower case with awesome cooling.

Any suggestions?

I use Arctic Freezer I30, getting up to 57c whole gaming on my I7 Haswell.

The cooler is reasonably priced and seems to be doing well.
