haswell or skylake?

i bought i5 4570 processor for only 100$ two weeks ago, should i build haswell cpu or sell this and buy skylake i5 6500?

An i5 6500 will cost about $190, and the difference between them is about 5-10%. Go for the Haswell and use the extra cash that you would for the i5 6500 on an SSD or better graphics card.
