You destroyed your "vent?" What vent, can you post a pic? Do you mean the fan?

If you need a new cooler you can go with something like a Kraken G10 and 120mm AIO liquid cooler. (you NEED both)

The Kraken G10 above should work though, I personally had it on my G1 GTX 970 and it worked VERY well. You may just want to buy a new GPU though at this point with how much you're spending. You can get a used 770 or 780 pretty cheap if you have a low budget, or any number of cards really.

You can always search ebay for a replacement twin frozr cooler for your specific card but there may or may not be one.
