Question Have a dilemma with which case should I get

Hello I would like to get the "best" case for my build I would like to buy it will be rtx 2070 super and AMD ryzen 5 3600 so I would love a case that is about $100 and has the best air flow / temperatures / noise managment I want as silent and cool case as I can get.
I have 3 candidates and will need to pick the best:

I am most interested in the phanteks but would love to hear if it's bad or nah...Its pretty cheap right now at the place I am building my PC. I don't need glass because I am playing games not looking on my PC.
+ should I buy some fans with the case or the 2 fans that comes with the case are good / enough?

The P400S is not a great case, to be honest. It wasn't designed from the ground up to be a quiet case, but rather it is just a lightly modified regular P400. If you want a proper quiet case, that won't also choke your CPU and GPU, then you need to be looking at Fractal Design, or Be quiet cases.

so why is it named "Silent" ? 😀 what is excatly wrong in this one ? I read kinda decent reviews but maybe I was wrong
