Have I damaged my CPU?

i own i7 950 and after some changes i did in bios i have problem with battlefield 3. it freeze🙁. i change the QIP/DRAM from 1.4000 to 1.2000 and then the cpu voltage to 1.1. after that when i play bf3 the game freeze. then i set the QIP/DRAM to 1.4000 and the cpu voltage to auto as it was before. and i still have the same problem with the game? Have I damaged my CPU?

If your playing today the servers are lagging and causing freezes and stutters.

yes everyone is lagging today even myself, with stutters and freezing.
