Question Have I damaged my laptop ?

I didn’t properly connect the power-brick to my new Asus Tuf Gaming A15 laptop. As a result,the power to the laptop kept connecting and disconnecting and the laptop was constantly switching between silent and performance mode .After connecting and disconnecting for a few times , the screen turned black for a split second and went back to normal without any issue . I fixed the powerbrick and the laptop is working normally but how do I know if my GPU or any components are damaged or not?

If any of the components were damaged, your laptop would either not work at all or wouldn't work properly.

If it's working normally you have nothing to worry about.
