Have Lexmark X1150 CD and still won't install

It gives an error message saying it's not available in English, and asks me to pick a language from English, Spanish, French, or Portuguese. But picking another language doesn't make it work either.

Try downloading a driver from Lexmark - http://support.lexmark.com/index?locale=EN&page=product&userlocale=EN_US&productCode=LEXMARK_X1150&focusedTab=DOWNLOADS#1 and see if that helps.
