have no idea how to place the Power, HDD Led switch modules to my Mobo, please help!

So I was upgrading My Dell inspiron 3647 With a New PSU, GPU and a Case. It was going well until I came to this issue, I have no idea how to place the Power, HDD Led switch modules to my Mobo, please help!
and this is how the pins look like:

Normally it is labeled on the mobo where those connectors go. You could always look at the mobo manual.

That needs modification as bare PC cases don't use DELL systems:
