have problem with update (( we can't get update ))

i work in IT department user support section
there is problem with on windows 7 it's cann't get update when some pc
" all pc join to our domain " some pc with group police some computer not same setting
all pc have same image
we don't konw frome ware this problem is it frome server or from image ? please help us

you just run windows update troubleshooting tool from troubleshooting option, i hope it will solve your problem.

Are you talking about Windows Updates?

There's a new Windows 7 rollup with cumulative updates through April. Give it a try.
