Question Have the RTX 20 cards been fixed?

i’m going to build my first PC soon and i’ve been browsing gpus (2060, 2070, 2080) but reviews say that the cards are faulty and more than often break or artifact, but those are kind of older reviews? anyway, have these problems been fixed? i don’t want to fish out 600$ just for a gpu to crap out on me after a day.

Yes, I think the issue has been fixed with the latest new batch of RTX chips, IMO. Though, I'm not 100% sure.
