[SOLVED] Have to clear CMOS to get PC booting.

Hello
So my problem is that every time i unplug the AC Power i have to let the computer sit for a while, clear CMOS and then the pc will usually boot. Its not the Psu so its most likely the motherboard... Ive read that i could be a corrupted bios?
I would really apreciate some help

I have similar things like this happen if the PC isn't properly grounded.
