Question Have to press FN Key with Windows Key to bring up Windows Start Menu?

Hi. For a while now I've been having to press the FN (function) key with the Windows key to bring up the Windows Start Menu however is there a way to make it so I just need to press the Windows key instead. I did check a few articles which referenced some lock symbol on some keyboards however mine doesn't have one?

Have you tried resetting the keyboard to default.

Open the Device Manager and click 'Keyboards' and select the one that needs to be reset.
Uninstall the keyboard by clicking the red X at the top.
Choose the 'Scan for hardware changes' button.
Select your keyboard again, then hit the 'update device driver' button.
Allow the newest drivers to install.
Restart your computer.

There are 4 different devices listed in device manager (3 HID Keyboard Device and 1 Standard PS/2 Keyboard)

No difference. The FN key is still required to open the start menu
