Have two SSDs but one is being used as recovery partition

I recently upgraded my computer (new everything except GPU) and that included installing a M.2 SSD and a normal SSD. I installed windows on the M.2 but the normal SSD doesn't show up in This Computer and in Disk Management it is partitioned as a recovery disk. Is it possible to change it so that I can use both drives for storage while keeping a partition on one of them as recovery?

The M.2 is Disk 0, and the 500GB SSD is Disk 1?
It isn't partitioned as a recovery disk, it is simply Unallocated.

Right click on the space where it sasy "Unallocated".
What options does it give you?

Possible 'New Simple Volume' ?
Do that and proceed on...
