hi there, i have a kinda unique situation on a pc. the pc use to have 2 installs of windows XP and i decided to upgrade 1 of them to windows 7.
all went well and i get a boot menu to choose wich i want to start.
the issue occurs when i select the windows xp in the boot menu, wich instead of directly starting win xp it gives the previous win xp boot menu. now i know i can pick a standard windows to boot from trough advanced startup in win xp.
but i like to completly remove the boot menu from the xp partition and let the windows 7 partition handle the booting.
is there a way todo this without damaging the window xp or 7 installation?
the situation:
1 HDD, 2 paritions, 1 for win xp other for win 7
