Have you ever heard of this PSU? Probox 430W

Could you please tell me the quality? is it reliable ?
I am asking this because my pc keeps shutting down(not rebooting) it powers off and then gets back on and this happens most of the time while playing games and sometimes when not, i have checked my CPU / GPU temps and they look fine, my CPU temps doesn't even cross 70C, i started having more crashes after i replaced my old cooler master (I guess because it consumes more power than the one i had) and with the new cooler master my IDLE temps are around 36 - 45, 50 - 67 under load, i am planning to buy a new PSU but first i want to make sure that it's my PSU problem and not something else like RAM or my motherboard, i am so confused i am afraid that i will still be having crashes after i buy a new PSU (looking to buy CORSAIR TX550M 80PLUS GOLD / 550W it's available in my town with a cheap price)

Asus GTX 950 2GB
8GB RAM DDR3
H81M-P33

Most definitely problem with your PSU.
It has only 264W on 12V rail (quite far from 430W in specification).

Minimum recommended PSU for GTX 950 is 350W.

"CORSAIR TX550M 80PLUS GOLD / 550W" would do well and work with my PC specs right ? the connectors etc.. i don't have much knowledge about PSU, i am afraid of doing the same mistake again that's all.

Yes - it's fine. 516W on 12V rail.
