Haveing trouble with files

So i recently factory reset my windows 10 pc. Everything went acording to plan except i dont have anything to open my files with. When i try to open them, it says open with... and i dont have the/a program to open them with. I was hopeng some of you fine people could help me out and tell me the default program that is normally used or what just needs to be done. Thx

There are various different files.

For example if you wanted to open a file that had text in it, it would be notepad.
