Question Haveing trouble with power for my pc build

At first, when I would start it up the power would go on and fans would turn. But after maybe 10 seconds it would shut off. Then on again and would keep turning off an on.
then after rearranging some wires the only way and light would come on is if I pressed the reset button.

I have a b450m Prof Mobo

and a Seasonic SSR-650rm power supply.

the only power cables I have in the motherboard are the ATX 12V power connector, the system panel header, and the Atx power connector.

Any help for the wiring would be greatly appreciated

You don't have a CPU or CPU power cables connected?

I'm pretty sure thats what ATX 12V power connector is.

There are multiple videos on Youtube that go step by step on wiring your mobo. Follow them step by step and if it is still happening then return your mobo as you may have a short in your system.
