Hello.
i want to upgrade my Gpu but i'm not sure if my psu that i have can handle my system specs with the new Video card that i want to buy. Can someone give me some advices please.
this is my system that i run atm

CPU: Intel Core i7-2600 3.4Ghz
GPU: AMD R7 250
SSD: PNY CS900 240GB
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
RAM: Samsung M378B5173QH0-CK0
Nanya NT4GC64B8HG0NF-DI
Micron 16KTF51264AZ-1G4M1
Micron 16JTF51264AZ-1G6M1 (4x4)gb
MBD: Acer Veriton M6610G
PSU Ayrus 450 link https://www.njoy.ro/PSU/ayrus450
This is the new video card i want to buy Sapphire RX 570 Pulse ITX 4GB GDDR5
link https://www.sapphiretech.com/en/consumer/pulse-rx-570-itx-4g-g5

it says it needs a 500 Watt or greater power supply (Recommended) , but the benchmarks and youtube videos about it they show it can run smoothly with a 450 psu aswell.
I do not intend to do any OC on video card or CPU.
Thank you.

Solution
Hi. I decided to buy
Corsair VS650 650 W Active PFC 80 PLUS Certified
SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RADEON RX 580 8GB GDDR5
do you think this will be ok for my system?
The Corsair CX 550 (2017) would be my pick for your specs if it's available where you live. The VS series are lower quality and not a very good option for a gaming system but it's certainly better than the first one you picked.

The power supply you listed only puts out 325 watts on the two +12 volt rails so it's not really a 450 watt model. You should be using a model that can actually deliver 450 watts on the +12 volt rail from a higher quality brand.

The VS can do the job but it's a bit low of quality. If the CX is out of your budget I understand. Just remember, the power supply is the most important component in your computer.

That's fine and has enough power for almost any video card made. You'll be set for a while to come now. Cheers!
