Having a problem on my friend's computer

Hi my friends has this pc here is the specs : a12 9800 , asrock ab350m pro4, aegis g skill 8 gb 3000mhz, corsair cx450, no gpu an ssd intenso 240gb 2 hdd one 600gb and one 460gb. He bass the following problem. After a few hours it turns off by itself and if he opens it right away it will close even sooner. He got the system out of the case and still the same. He has changed thermal paste ( no result ) and it doesn't seem that he has an overheating problem. What should he do?

Is it turning off while he's using it? Or while it's just sitting there? Have tried changing windows power management to "performance"?

It did it on both times . I told him to do what you say and I'll inform you about the results.

It didn't work . He has already the settings to never. Btw he has also done smth《 hibernate 》on his hdds

you have to suspect some kind of hardware fault then like a failing PSU.

So the psu might not be enough or be broken or smth? Can it also be the cpu?

If it's turning on, working and not overheating, I would never suspect the CPU in that case, my troubleshooting here would be PSU then to motherboard.
