[SOLVED] Having an issue with voice sync on MP4 videos, drivers already updated ?

I play a movie and the voice lip-sync is way off.

Under Device manager: Sound, video and game controllers is
-High Definition Audio Device
-Realtek(R) Audio

Under Device Manager: Audio inputs and outputs is
-Realtek Digital OUtput (Realtek(R) Audio
-Samsung (High Definition Audio Device)

All these drivers have been updated to latest.

No I'm not using it but it is on the board

That should not matter where I got it from. My other pc plays the same movie fine. The pc it has issues is my new build amd 16 core.

yes it matter. it also matter what gpu you have
full system spec?

Lucky me it turned out that my converter i used to convert mkv's to mp4's threw everything off sync in the first place. I had to run avidemux software repair tool that I set to shift the video 500ms and then wala the video lip audio sync was perfectly aligned.
