I have been working on this for a few days now and i have no idea what to do now.

A few days back i had the blue screen recovery window. I havent touch anything or noticed any windows update. I could'nt even go into safe mode.

For awhile i have tried various of options. Went through all the command prompts fixes with sfc scan, all the bootrecs, and chkdsk. Everything failed to fix the issue.

I made an OS usb port and tried to fix it through there, no luck.

System recovery option also doesnt work either. At this point i used up all the common issues and looks into my harddrive and it seems fine to me.

Than as of yesterday, my pc just refused to turn on anymore. tried out multple outlets around the house and still wont start. Is there anyway i can fix this? If so what can i do? I cant really afford to get a new one anytime soon.

I suggest a hold on doing a clean install.

Start with some additional troubleshooting efforts.

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for any error codes, warnings, or informational events being captured just before or at the time the boot problems.

Run the built in Windows troubleshooters. The troubleshooters may find and fix something.

Next try "dism" and "sfc /scannow".

FYI:

Good chance that the problem could be solved accordingly or, if anything, another clue or two will be found.

Sorry for the hold up! I was occupied for a few days. Ay anyrate, i have followed the instructions from the likes.

I will like to add that i can only access through recovery mode and bios. I cant even access Safe mode. Though i was able to use troubleshooter command prompt.

For DSIM check health it states

Error: 50

DISM does not support servicing windows PE with the /online option.

Matter of fact, all the DISM steps states the same thing. i am not sure if thats because its not in administrator or not. I would assume it woud automatically be i recovery mode.

Anyways from SFC /Scannow

It was able to scan, but than it state "Windows Resource Protection Could not perform the requested operation"
Seeing that, i decided to give sfc /scannow /offbootdir=d:\ /offwindir=d:\windows a try. Now sure if its any helpful but here are the shot of the results of that... if what i would say if the link to my image wasnt working out, sorry.
