Question Having computer issues need help

I havent used my computer in a few weeks, been unplugged. Plugged it back in today to use and only the case lights and fans come on. Keyboard mouse and headset aren't coming on and there is no input to the monitor.

I have already tried clearing the RAM, making sure the CMOS battery is seated and making sure the wall outlet is good.

Sadly I wouldn't know how to say yes or no? How would I determine that's the issue?

What are the specs.
Cpu
motherboard
graphics card
power supply

And i would try unplugging and plugging everything back in just in case.
