Having Eyefinity Problem

I have 3 acer 23" monitors, hooked up as follows:
1 dvi
1 mini display port to dvi
1 hdmi

when i try and select a group, it only will let me do the 2, and not 3.
Do i just need to restart something? or maybe get different drivers?

You need an active mini displayport to dvi.
