Question having issues with a new lan driver

i just installed a new cpu, gpu, and motherboard in my pc and the Ethernet was working fine for the first half hour, i tried switching to my wireless card but that didn't fix the speed. i also tried updating my lan drivers but it still didn't fix it i don't know if it will help but my motherboard is the gigabyte b360 hd3

new system? did you do a fresh os install?

I think windows 'optimized' it. Do some searches on how to undo that and I think it will fix your problem.
