Question Having issues with display flicker, can it be fixed ?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

As for your panel, does the issue crop up on your existing panel when you hook it up to another system? If not, then the issue is on your GPU's end(on the system you're working on).

no need to include spacs since its only a monitor issue
i connected it with other cables to other systems, flickering appears during all of it
you have the model version in the OP
