Hello, wondering if someone knows what's wrong.
This problem occurred recently.
My laptop is the Acer Aspire V3 771-G
CPU: i7-3630QM
RAM: 8GB in dual channel,
STORAGE: 1 ssd and 1 hdd installed.
OS: Windows 10.
The laptop runs on ac without the battery just fine.
If I have the battery installed and psu connected at the same time the psu shuts off and needs switching off and on at the wall to work again. The battery still has charge left in it and the laptop works on battery for now but cannot be charged anymore as the psu shuts off.
Is this a battery or psu problem? or motherboard ?
