When I'm opening GTA, when the game starts the sound goes disturbed ... until I'm unplugging the sound card out of its USB and plug it back once more ...

It is an external sound card by USB
For music recordings but working great with games

So what do you think could be the problem ?
Comp -
GPU- gtx 960 geforce
CPU- i5 4440
S.card- lexicon Lambda
Dont remember type of motherboard
Psu- 200W brand

Help would be welcome...

First of all would i get something more substantial for a psu. Something good with 450watt would already be fine.
Also update drivers for the motherboard, chipset drivers as well as usb drivers.

For motherboard can you check in the bios or do the next,

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "short text report",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
In the "System Summary" can you also see what motherboard,in that case of course keep it open.

Thanks for the respond ...
I'm thinking about installing the game again ...
It looks like compatibility issues between sound card drivers and win 10

The windows was updated and the issue still persist.

Hope reinstalling helps. Otherwise maybe switch usb ports,if you have a spare a usb 3.0 port.
Maybe it will contribute this discussion to say that it also happens after rendering a video

Could be that the video card drivers
With win 10 feature of sound enhancement
Are to blame....

But there was some nvidia drivers update
Hope it will fix it

GPU - was updated 2 days ago - still didn't tested it yet
i'll try to check another usb cable for the sound card
and i'll try to test the sound card connections and try to plug it in the front panel
