Question Having problems with Brand new PC

The problem I’m having is when I load up my pc everything is fine I can hear the audio with my headset and everything is smooth no lag. But after like 5 to 10 minutes of me having it running. Everything will start glitching out with audio breaking like the little girl from wreck-It Ralph the glitch when she talks that is what it sounds like. Then everything else will be stuttering lagging that whole thing.

Specs

Ryzen 7 3700X stock cooler
GPU is a gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 8G
4x8gb of 3200 and can go up too 3600 Memory/ram
Motherboard is Asus X570-E
Power supply is 750w fully modular 80plus gold
Idk if it was important to up everything I’m willing to hear anything that could help me.

ran any memory test?

The gpu is a gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 8G

they are both about 45c when I’m running say Apex legends And no didn’t run a memory test because the motherboard is recognizing it. If need I will be home in like 3 hours and will use discord and screen share if needed
