Having Some issues with my new build please help me resolve them

All right so I built a brand new PC here are the specs

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 965 BE
Mobo:Asus M4A87TD EVo AM3
Ram: G-skill Ripjaws 1333 mhz 2ggbx2 Dual channel RAM
PSU: Corsair CX430 v2.0

So here are the problems I'm having

First the computer won't post. But if I leave it alone for like 5 minutes and press the memok button (its a button on my motherboard) it does post. Secondly when it does post it won't let me use my keyboard to get into the bios.

Try booting with one dimm. If you get into the bios with one dimm download and update the bios. If the system still locks up try clearing the CMOS.if the system still won't work right..try putting the newest bios file on a USB stick and power on the pc and see if the mb bios recovery will auto update the bios for you.
