Most games are doing this. like gta4 as soon as i click on on play or like Rocksmith after i choose the profile. its a fresh windows install and i didnt have this problem before but im not sure on whats causing it.
Glad it helped. It is just nothing but some necessary files that are required to play games and use applications, efficiently. Please select the best answer so that if someone else looks at this post, they could easily find the solution. Is there any thing else I can help you with?
Have you updated the board's BIOS yet? If not, please do it right away because that's important for performance stability as well. Also, I suspect on the installed applications. Are you using Avira?
Then it should be microsoft office's onenote. Exit the application in the background (onenote icon could be seen near by the TIME and DATE) and play your games.
I don't have office installed only things running are logitech gaming mouse, GeForce experience, steam, origin, poweriso, rivatuner (gpu stats in game), msi afterburner, MS security essentials, corsair link and plex media server
Can't just close it but I did turn the protection off and nothing but the only way to turn it off is uninstall but I use it because it's free with windows and I get no viruses
thats okay went to download the latest drivers from nvidia and apperently i didnt have the latest drivers. ill restart the computer and see if it fixed it.
Just stress test your GPU with unigine heaven benchmark for an hour. That's fair enough. You really don't need an eye on the temps all the time you play your fav games.
