Is having too much RAM a thing?
I have 2 stick of Kingston DDR3 2GB and 1 of Kingston DDR3 4 GB
i notice that if i only use the 2 stick of 2 gb everything is fine but if i also put the 4 gb in
I can't play Minecraft on fullscreen if i try to make it fullscreen it will not responding and just crash
my LDplayer also have the same problem of can't go fullscreen
my Wallpaper engine also can't run most video wallpaper for some reason it's will just be black
so i was wondering how do i fix the issue?

Solution
Apparently with 8gb you can actually get the pc to boot and start to run minecraft.
If your os is a 32 bit os, you will not be able to use more than 4gb.
Are you using integrated graphics?

Run memtest86 or memtest86+
They boot from a usb stick and do not use windows.
You can download them here:
If you can run a full pass with NO errors, your ram should be ok.

If the test runs ok, look at your motherboard bios options.
I think there may be an option to relocate fixes buffers above the 4gb line.
Possibly when you select full screen, you increase the need for such buffers, causing the crash.
