Having trouble downloading and installing kb2871997

Having trouble downloading and installing kb2871997. Have tried running Windows update repair and windows tweak still cannot download. Tried booting to win 8 recovery disc but that would not work to do repair either doing it wrong or won't let me.

System
Lenovo i3 3.4 cuz
4gb ddr3
Geforce gt 730 2gb
Windows 8 operating system

Have a look at these maybe they will help otherwise you can go into c drive and windows then locate software distrbutuion and downloads then remove all them reboot start over..\\

tried deleting the files like in the video still not able to download and install

thanks ended up reinstalling win 8 and everything is working now
