I just upgraded an Optiplex 360 for gaming purposes. I can play online games with no problem, but when I go to capture the graphics are crap or it just won't capture anything but a black screen. Is my computer good enough for online capture? any help would be great!
Here are my specs:

-Processor Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHz, 2593 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical
Processor(s)
-Amd Radeon R7 240 4GB DDR3
-1 TB 7200 RPM HD
-4GB RAM
-Running WIN10

Thanks!

Solution
Again, it's unrealistic to capture, or even game, especially current gen games, on that spec. Depends on the games of course, but most AAA new games, no.
That is very weak spec for game capture, especially if you're talking current gen games. Plus you don't have enough RAM, should be at least 8GB.

I suggest you wait until you can afford a better GPU, preferably one that is ShadowPlay compatible. You can get them for under $100. Even then you'll be limited to what games you can play/capture with a dual core CPU.

He can't use ShadowPlay with that GPU, it requires an Nvidia GPU of at least GTX 650 or better. Best choice at entry level is probably the 750 Ti. Depending on what PSU he has though, he may need a more powerful one.

Thank you for all of your help. I am very new at this. I have an insignia 520w PSU, and I use OBS as my capture software, would you recommend a different one for the system I am currently running? I am just trying to get by for now. I plan on upgrading eventually but and low on cash at the moment.
