My Chrome browser was repeatedly crashing for some unknown reason and the only way I found to fix it was to completely reinstall it.

After doing this, every single website I visit suddenly doesn't recognize my computer and wants to go through a lengthy verification process.

This is mostly fine, but my verification methods on certain important websites is outdated and old and so I can't log in anymore.

Is there a way to get Chrome to tell these websites I have logged in already on this computer and to stop all this verification?

Thanks for the help.

Are you using a vpn?

Also, can you explain what verification processes are involved. Are you talking about captcha's etc. and/or no saved passwords/logins saved from the original chrome damage?

Did you try refreshing the chrome browser to basically reset it but keeps saved passwords, bookmarks etc.?

I know my password, but the website thinks I've never used this computer device before and is trying to verify me with an email address that no longer exists.

It doesn't appear to have saved anything from the original chrome install, even though all I did was uninstall and delete the DEFAULT google folder which was empty anyhow.

Did you re-install it over the top of the damaged chrome, or did you totally uninstall it first.

Also have a look at this folder and its contents...
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User

Failing that, do you have a system restore point that you can roll back to before uninstalling old chrome and before crashing problem if possible
