Question Newly bought Numeric 600EX UPS. Keep on showing "Charging LED"?

I bought a Numeric 600EX UPS 3 days ago and put it for initial charge. However, the charging LED indicator stays ON continuously when connected to mains power ( the UPS is switched OFF). It remains ON for 3 days.

Is this normal behavior or an issue? I ask because I already have another Numeric 600EX UPS that I bought in January 2024, and on that unit, the charging LED does not stay ON when connected to mains power ( the UPS is OFF).

Also, when I turn on the Main power, the "Low Battery" RED LED turns ON for 1 second and then turns off and then "Charging LED" turns ON.

that look like warning not charging. can't find any manual. maybe contact them or return it
