HD 6850 Problem

Hello , I have problem with my videocard Radeon HD 6850 after instaling the videodrivers, something like glitches here picture http://imgur.com/iCUhF4r .Insteresting is that the problem disappears while playing games(1 min after starting game) so i think problem disappears when gpu usage increase. Can i fix this videocard and how ?
CPU: Phenom II X6 1055T
PSU: Be quiet 550W
MB: MSI 880GM-E43

have you tried overclocking it then? my old hd 5850 used to have similar problems but only on videos, it would have those black glitches. I oc it and there was no problem anymore.

I have tried overclocking doesnt work also i cant control voltage
