HD 7970 all ways Safemode

I have a asus matrix hd 7970 it have a lighting effect with different colors
the Graphics manual says when the card is in safe mode it will be green ,in light loading it will be light blue,in medium loading it will be dark blue in heavy loading it will be purple , in extreme loading it will be red

my question is the graphic card is always in green so it says the grapic card is on safe mode why is it always on safe mode?

It isn't in a safe mode in the sense you are probably thinking; ASUS chose a poor wording for the labels. The color of the light indicates how much load (usage) is on the GPU. Green indicates the card is idle\very low usage. If you were to run a game or a benchmark or something it should change colors (depending on how much load you put on it). So to answer your question, it is always on green for you so far because you haven't put it under much load.
