HD 7970 Bios

Hello there!

I bought a XFX DD Black Edition R7970 a while back and I've only just noticed that there was GHz bios' that could be flashed on my card but I don't have a dual bios, I was wondering if I for some reason had a bad flash would I be able to switch to on-board graphics and flash the bios or would it be bricked?

just OC your card manually. easier that way. no need to thinker with the BIOS itself
